Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. IQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Services Provided

IQ provides the following services as an authorized .iq domain reseller:

• .iq domain name registration as an authorized CMC reseller
• Domain management and renewal services
• Web hosting services
• Website design services

Domain Registration Terms

• All .iq domain registrations are subject to CMC (Iraqi Communications and Media Commission) regulations
• Domain registrants must provide valid identification documents as required by their registrant type
• Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to reject any domain registration that violates CMC policies
• Domain registration does not guarantee ownership — domains are registered under CMC authority
• The authorized registrar or the commission reserves the right to suspend the domain if registration data is proven to be inaccurate

Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed before domain registration is submitted to the registry
• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods
• Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

• .iq domain fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registry
• Refunds may apply only before submission or in case of company technical failure
• Hosting refunds follow the specific product policy
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable Iraqi laws and regulations
• Not use domains for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Keep your contact information up to date

Limitation of Liability

IQ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for domain disputes, registry downtime, or decisions made by CMC.

Service Modifications

IQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Significant changes to pricing or services will be communicated to affected users in advance when possible.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Baghdad courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

Domain Disputes

Domain name disputes are subject to the dispute resolution procedures approved by the Iraqi Communications and Media Commission (CMC).
